Documentation form


KORO is responsible for the communication (as in the website) and management of art delivered to KORO. This means that KORO must collect information on the art, ensuring that it is well taken care of and actively providing advice and guidance on its management.

This means that you must provide all of the necessary information which together meet KORO’s requirements for its handling of the art. You will also be asked to give background information such as date of birth and gender. We do this to make sure we can be 100% sure of your identity and for internal statistical purposes.

Under ARTWORK in the documentation form we ask which materials you have used. It is very important that you provide us with a thorough and comprehensive description. There is an infinite range of materials. We need to know which materials have been used when considering maintenance and conservation. Giving a thorough and comprehensive description will result in better maintenance and will prevent improper handling, avoid time-wasting, reduce costs and considerably prolong the artwork’s life.

KORO recommends that the registration of documentation should begin early in the project. If you have any questions regarding the completion of the form, you should contact KORO’s registrar. The first time you save the form you will be asked to enter an e-mail address. You will be sent a unique URL to the documentation form which you must use every time you open it. Remember to save regularly during the registration process. Submit your completed form as soon as the artwork is in place. When you click on Send documentation, a receipt will be sent immediately to say that the form has been received.
